There have been rumors going around that by July 9th 2009 facebook users are going to have to start paying to have a facebook account. They say by this date facebookers will have to pay 14.99 a month to have an account. Many people are refusing to continue to use facebook if this goes through.
I believe that this is completely unecessary. I have a facebook account and i enjoy not paying for it. 14.99 a month? thats a very high price. I will probablly no longer use facebook anymore if this goes through i think it is the stupidest idea ever. But i also believe that it is also a rumor and nothing more, because Facebook completely denys these claims and i dont think they are lying.
